HOOFIN' IT FOR HORSES 5K TRAIL RUN AND OPEN HOUSE
Hope's Legacy Equine Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
This run is open to all age groups and all fitness levels. A fun Field Dash will be held after the 5K for children 8 and under. All proceeds will benefit the horses and donkeys at Hopes Legacy. After the trail run, stay and meet the 4-legged friends. From 10AM to 2PM, Hopes Legacy will hold its first public Open House from 10AM to 2PM. 25TH ANNUAL NORTH BRANCH GOLF TOURNAMENT
North Branch School.
A captain's choice tournament played on the beautiful Stoney Creek Golf Course at Wintergreen in Nellysford. All proceeds from this tournament go to the scholarship and tuition assistance programs at North Branch School. 4TH ANNUAL MSC TRUCK TOUCH
Montessori School of Charlottesville.
This event provides children with the unique opportunity to explore vehicles of all types-public service, emergency, utility, construction, transportation, delivery and more-all in one place. Touch, climb on, and ask questions about favorite trucks in a safe, supervised environment. There will also be food trucks and other kid-friendly activities. BAND ON THE RUN 5K RACE
CHS Band and X-Country.
Calling all students, staff, families and community members to support and participate in the Band on the Run 5K Run/Walk. Beginning and ending at the CHS Curtis E. Elder track, the Band on the Run 5K will take runners and walkers of all ages on a 3.1-mile course. Proceeds from this family-friendly event will benefit the CHS Band and Cross-Country programs.
