Guadalajara’s menu features specialties, including sizzling fajitas, hand-made tamales,
enchiladas and tacos as well as combination platters. Salads and soups are also
available. Guadalajara offers a wide selection of Margaritas, in addition to a complete
list of beer and cocktails.

Our first restaurant was established in October of 1988 by the Arellano Family. Our
Downtown location was the first restaurant to introduce real, authentic Mexican food
to the Charlottesville area. Now thanks to our loyal customers we have 4 great locations to serve you. These are full-service restaurants that offer casual family dining as well as a carryout service. Guadalajara is family-owned and operated.
