For 2021, the IX Art Park offers two summer camps: Creature Builder Collective for kids ages 6–12 and Art & Nature Camp for kids ages 3–5.

Creature Builder Collective is a series of one-week intensive daytime art camps focused on compelling creature-based themes. All workshops feature hands-on artmaking opportunities, tutorials and the chance to work with professional materials and tools. The curriculum is designed around the individual artist experience. We carry this approach over to health and safety, offering each individual artist personal and separate supplies, materials and work space.

Classes run Monday through Friday from 8:45am–5:15pm. Tuition is $400 per week. Sponsored by Violet Crown Cinema.

Art & Nature Camp is a chance for young children to experience the delight and power of art and nature. Art + Nature = creativity, wellbeing and connection. Our program is designed to nurture a child’s sense of wonder, curiosity and self-expression. Weekly themes include hands-on outdoor nature explorations and creative arts projects. Campers are also welcomed into the Looking Glass immersive art museum. We are committed to cultivating a safe, diverse and inclusive environment, where children will thrive, explore, create, make friends and experience joy.

Classes run Monday through Friday from 9am – 1pm. Tuition is $45 per day.
